From where and when does my order ship?
We ship orders from several locations with our main facility located in CA. We will ship from the closest facility if your item is in stock. We try and process all orders the same day they are approved.
How do I request an RMA?
We accept returns only with a valid RMA number. If you are returning an item that is not defective there is a 35% restock fee. To request a valid RMA number please contact iasinternet@iasinternet.com for a RMA form.
What method of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER only through Google Checkout. This method of payment is secure and allows us to process your order quickly.
